Through wellness, beauty, and fitness lifestyle guidance supported by thoughtfully curated products and tools we help everyone cultivate balance, confidence, and a natural glow from the inside out.

Our Story:  The story of 1GlowWithin began with a deep-rooted passion for helping others live healthier, more balanced lives. At just 13, while volunteering at a local health clinic, I discovered the fulfillment that comes from serving and uplifting others an experience that planted the seeds of what would become a lifelong journey across wellness, business, and service.

In early 2000, while living in Barbados, my path expanded through network marketing with Quixtar/Amway, where I was introduced to nutritional supplements, skincare, and holistic wellness systems. Incorporating these into my life brought clarity, vitality, and balance and revealed a truth that continues to guide me today: true beauty begins within.

Through years of natural health and wellness training, one phrase continued to guide me:

“Inner health creates outer beauty.” That philosophy became the guiding principle behind this brand.

From early experiences and Amway educational workshops to years of sharing wellness knowledge, my journey has grown far beyond personal development — it has been a true privilege to inspire and positively impact many lives. This diverse background allows me to connect with people from all walks of life entrepreneurs, travelers, professionals, families, and individuals at every stage and guide you toward balance, confidence, and a radiant glow that begins from within.

A Diverse Professional Journey:  My career has been shaped by a rich blend of business acumen, creativity, and leadership. Before founding 1GlowWithin, I worked across industries from travel, real estate, and wellness to web and graphic design developing a unique ability to blend organization, aesthetics, and human connection.

Over the years, I’ve:

• Designed and managed websites for credit unions, real estate, businesses, and nonprofit organizations
• Led customer service and HR teams, motivating and mentoring staff across multiple branches
• Owned and managed travel and wellness businesses serving clients in the Caribbean and North America
• Served as a Flight Representative and Team Leader, managing and coordinating groups of over 170 passengers on international flights, ensuring safety, satisfaction, and seamless travel experiences
• Assisted migrants and students integrating into new communities through education and language support programs
• Planned international workshops, corporate seminars, and wellness events, promoting self-improvement and global awareness.

This diverse experience allows me to connect with people from all walks of life — entrepreneurs, travelers, professionals, and families — guiding each toward balance, confidence, and a radiant glow that starts from within.
